Replaced emergency generator with new 30 kW, 277/480V 3 phase natural gas generator with exterior weatherproof enclosures with critical muffler
Electrical modifications included lighting and support for kitchen/dining upgrades, emergency generator, and power for data outlets and IT equipment

Utilized the campus’ central plant for both chilled water and steam and the existing domestic water supply and sewer system

Worked within strict guidelines provided by the manufacturer for the 2 PET/CT suites
which include a radioactive isotopes laboratory
Renovated prior auditorium and classroom spaces into working laboratories and new passageways between work areas and classes
Extended primary system into several projects and added transformers for facility
