B&H Engineers is a growing engineering practice specializing in the design and consultation of efficient, innovative, and quality Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology systems.

B&H Engineers was established in 2005 with the knowledge that engineering has a profound ability to shape our surrounding environment and the way we live.

Executive Staff
Todd Abernathy
Todd Abernathy cofounded B&H Engineers and has been the Chief Executive Officer since its inception, bringing a great deal of business management and thought leadership to the organization. He is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the company.
Joshua Roehm
Joshua Roehm serves as the company Chief Operating Officer and is passionate about ensuring that team communication, collaboration, and coordination results in a high-quality project. His goal is to provide exceptional value, consistency, and delivery of projects that are on time and in budget.
Laura Cowley
Laura Cowley serves as B&H's Vice President of Special Projects. Laura has provided both design and construction administration for a wide variety of projects including medical campuses, psychiatric facilities, children’s hospitals, laboratories, and more.
Xiaobo Wang
Xiaobo Wang serves as B&H's Vice President of Electrical Engineering. Xiaobo has a broad spectrum of practices, creating both innovative and energy efficient solutions. He seamlessly translates complex project requirements into practical, high quality engineering solutions.
Jose Babilonia
Jose is B&H's Vice President of Mechanical Engineering. He is an analytical and strong multi-tasker, skilled at developing and testing mechanical equipment, creating detailed models and drawings and managing the development process of multiple projects.
