B&H Engineers was established 18 years ago with the knowledge that engineering has a profound ability to shape our surrounding environment and the way we live.

Todd Abernathy
Todd Abernathy cofounded B&H Engineers and has been the Chief Executive Officer since its inception, bringing a great deal of business management and thought leadership to the organization. He is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the company.
James Barron
James Barron cofounded B&H Engineers and serves as Chief Technical Officer for the company, overseeing the engineering operations and leading the quality control for the company. James has over 20 years of experience across a broad spectrum of mechanical engineering practices.
Joshua Roehm
Joshua Roehm serves as the company Chief Operating Officer and is passionate about ensuring that team communication, collaboration, and coordination results in a high-quality project. His goal is to provide exceptional value, consistency, and delivery of projects that are on time and in budget.
