B&H is also a Native American owned and operated full-service mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection professional consulting firm holding the following certifications:

• DBE: a for-profit small business concern where socially and economically disadvantaged individuals own at least 51% interest and also control management and daily business operations.
• NCTRCA: verified firms meet requirements for certification for the following groups: women, Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, Asian Pacific Americans, and Asian Indian Americans.
• MBE: A United States citizen, at least 51% minority-owned, operated, and controlled.
• SBE: a Business Enterprise that meets specific economic criteria and is owned, operated, and controlled by one or more persons.
• Texas HUB: a for-profit entity that does not exceed the standard prescribed by Texas Administrative Code Title 34 §20.294, having its principal place of business in the state of Texas, and is at least 51% owned by a minority, women, or service-disabled veteran, residing in Texas, who actively participates in the control, operations, and management of the entity’s affairs.
• TERO: Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance/Office business required to provide Indian and Native preference in employment, training, contracting, sub-contracting, and in all other aspects of employment.
