- Converted existing banquet room into a restaurant style chophouse.
- New bar and dining area were also added
- 26 bathrooms added, including new sinks, toilets, and vanities including new lighting and power based off the conceptual and schematic designs from the consultant
- Consultants for bathroom additions to the guest rooms on the 2nd floor
- Created design changes for permits for rooms on the east side
- Revised HVAC design to match contractor selections
