  • Phase II renovated the existing 24,000 SF office building into research and development center
  • Phase III upgraded the existing 100,000 SF manufacturing building to comply with current building, fire, and environmental codes
  • Facility includes:
    • new corporate offices
    • old offices turned into laboratories
    • high bay rack storage with ESFR sprinkler system and a fire pump
    • separate rack storage for combustibles and aerosols in an H3 classified area
    • new shipping/ receiving dock
  • Standby generator provides emergency power required for the H3 ventilation
  • Plant remained in operation throughout renovation with no impact to production
